“If you wish to report a case of suspected animal ill-treatment, please be informed that an official complaint is recommended to be filed at the police station nearest to the location where the incident occurred.
Once your complaint has been filed, kindly provide MSAW with the Occurrence Book (OB) number issued by the police. This will enable us to take the necessary follow-up actions in coordination with the relevant authorities.
